This website
- The website does not have user accounts and does not ask you for personal information.
- We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics on this website.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request) to operate and secure the website.
Our apps
FMT IM, SundayDMS and PitwallOS are business tools used by our own staff and by staff at the businesses we license them to. Users sign in with accounts issued by their employer. The apps are not offered to the general public.
What we collect
- Account details: name and work email address.
- Business records entered into the apps, such as vehicle details, valuations, photos and documents. These records may contain personal information, for example a name on a vehicle document.
Device permissions
The apps only use device features when you choose to use them:
- Camera: to photograph vehicles.
- Photo library: to import photos, or to delete photos you have selected.
- Notifications: to tell you about activity that needs your attention.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
How we use information
- We use personal information only to provide, maintain and support the service.
- Photos and screenshots you submit may be processed by third-party AI services to read vehicle details, such as a registration or VIN.
- Data is stored with cloud service providers, which may store or process it outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure those providers protect it in line with the APPs.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not show advertising.
- We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
Security
We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections and accounts issued only to authorised users. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
How long we keep data
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the service or to meet legal and record keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. When a business customer ends its licence, its data is deleted or returned as agreed with that customer.
Access and correction
You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@christoficollection.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If your account was issued by your employer, you may also ask your employer to update your details.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first at contact@christoficollection.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
